Returns

At Landor, we strive to ensure you receive the highest quality parts. If you need to return an item, please review our eligibility requirements:

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to initiate a return.

  • Condition: To qualify for a return, the item must be completely unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and secured in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return request.

Refunds

  • Inspection & Notification: Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Restocking Fee: If your return is approved, please note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

  • Processing: The remaining balance will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have been notified of a refund but haven't received it yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often a standard processing time before a refund appears.

  4. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please reach out to our team at windy@landor-auto.com.

Exchanges

At Landor, we strictly replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged product and need to exchange it for the exact same item, please contact us immediately at windy@landor-auto.com to arrange the exchange.

Return Shipping

  • Contact Us First: Please contact our support team before shipping any product back to receive proper authorization and the correct return address.

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

  • Transit Times: Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • Shipping Insurance: For any items valued over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable freight/shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Landor cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for items lost in transit.
